Performance characteristics of copper oxide
Copper oxide has the characteristics of high activity, good selectivity, strong stability and environmental friendliness.
High activity: It shows high catalytic activity in many chemical reactions and can significantly accelerate the reaction rate, for example, in the catalytic oxidation reaction of carbon monoxide, copper oxide can efficiently convert carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide at a relatively low temperature.
Good selectivity: For some specific reactions, the copper oxide catalyst has good selectivity and can make the reaction proceed in the direction of the target product, such as in the low temperature oxidation reaction of methane, which can convert methane into methanol with high selectivity.
